One important item in printing press manufacturing, which demands absolute accuracy in processing and assembly at a micron level, is management of the on-site temperatures during precision
processing. With this in mind environmentally-responsible, energy-conserving air conditioning facilities are adopted in all our new factories.
These facilities involve equipment that exploits the characteristics of the underground temperature remaining stable throughout the year.
Air is taken in through a tunnel (tube) installed underground in order to cool it in the summer and warm it
in the winter, while this equipment employs energy-saving technology that uses that natural energy to
decrease the air-conditioning load. This system can reduce the consumption of LP gas that is used for
air-conditioning the factory. Moreover, with minimal generation of CO2 greenhouse gas, gas-operated air-conditioning facilities is also responsible to the environment.
