Inline UV Casting System
  • Holographic coating or foiling can be accomplished inline during printing.
  • Space-saving inline installation on the RYOBI 750G Series / the RYOBI 750 Series.
  • Several film patterns are available and custom designs are possible. Film can be rewound and reused several times or more.

Film for treating part of the image
The film pattern is transferred to the entire surface of the varnish coating.
The film pattern is transferred to only selected parts of the varnish coating.

  • The coating unit is used to apply glue for foiling and increase adhesive strenght to the foil.
  • The UV lamps of this system can also be used for the delivery section. Replacement is easily accomplished in about 3 minutes.
  • The grippers reliably transport the paper, enabling holographic coating and foiling with stable register precision.
  • The lamp unit remains in a raised position when not performing holographic coating and foiling.
