Press Information Cloud

RMGT's press information cloud is a management tool that uses IoT technology to enable "visualization" of printing operations to help printing companies increase their productivity. By connecting the presses in a print shop via a network, the press information cloud gathers data on press operating conditions for central management and analysis in order to identify parameters for improving printing processes. Error history tracking also makes it possible to identify the causes of any problems. RMGT's press information cloud thus provides powerful support for visualizing and optimizing printing processes.

Features of the Press Information Cloud

Customers can receive the following services for their presses through the press information cloud.

• Press status



Display a production status of the selected press such as stop/idling, cleaning, plate changing, test print, and production speed. Traceback to the previous data is also possible.



• Production report



Production information data such as operation rate, efficiency, a number of total sheets and job, waste sheets are generated to a Microsoft Excel file automatically, and it can be printed and exported.



• Error report



Error is recorded and its history is displayed, printed and exported to a Microsoft Excel file.



• Daily report



Production status of each job on the day such as number of printed sheets, wasted sheets, printing start/end time is listed, printed and exported to a Microsoft Excel file.



• Maintenance report






Record a maintenance date of consumables change, cleaning, lubrication and so on. Maintenance history is listed, printed and exported to a Microsoft Excel file. The alert notifies operator about timing of consumable change and maintenance period passes on the Press Information Edge.
